Hi Everyone,

Hard to believe the first wisps of autumn are showing up here in the UK. How was your summer (or winter, for our antipodeans)?

I’ve been killer busy. Busy to the point of being exhausted. It’s so hard to keep up the momentum with so many plates spinning in the air. That’s why I try to remind myself what my priorities are. Do the stuff you’re good at, and get help to fill in the gaps. Drop the stuff that isn’t important/can wait/doesn’t add value.

Are you doing the most important ‘stuff’?
