Hi Everyone,
I’ve had an awesome summer – how about you? (Or winter, for those down under.) I’ve met some fantastic people, and hearing lots of great stories from travellers out there.
What’s Your Story?
It’s not enough to have an ‘elevator speech.’ You need to know what your story is. It’s the story you tell on your website (your about page, or “why us”), it’s the that story your customers enjoy when they visit, and it’s the story you send them home with.
As I’ve said before, travel consumers like doing business with people. So if your brand isn’t telling a very good story about you, it is time to change it. This ties directly in with one of the main reasons most travel businesses fail online.
